El próximo domingo 22 de septiembre iniciamos una nueva temporada de conciertos en la Casa de la Cultura de Almuñécar.
Para dicho día la ORQUESTA DE CÁMARA MEDITERRÁNEA ha preparado un programa monográfico sobre quizás el mejor
compositor ruso del Romanticismo, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, si descartamos la segunda obra del programa basada en la Leyenda
op. 54.55 que servirá de introducción al programa y que compuso Anton Arensky "Variaciones sobre un tema de Tchaikovsky.
Le seguirá un famoso Nocturno para violonchelo op.19 que interpretará un extraordinario chelista, solista en la Orquesta
Ciudad de Granada llamado Arnaud Pascal Dupont y seguidamente la guinda del programa la "Serenata para cuerdas en do mayor",
de la que el mismo compositor dijo: "La obertura (1812) será muy ruidosa, pero la escribí sin ningún sentimiento cálido de amor y
por lo tanto, probablemente no tendrá ningún mérito artístico. Pero la serenata, por el contrario, la escribí por compulsión interna.
Esta es una obra de corazón, y por eso me atrevo a esperar que esta obra no carezca de cualidades artísticas."
Next Sunday, September 22, we begin a new season of concerts at the Casa de la Cultura in Almuñécar.
For that day, the MEDITERRANEAN CHAMBER ORCHESTRA has prepared a monographic program on perhaps the best Russian
composer of Romanticism, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, if we exclude the second work in the program based on the Legendop. 54.55, which will
serve as an introduction to the programme and which Anton Arensky composed "Variations on a theme by Tchaikovsky.
This will be followed by a famous Nocturne for cello op.19 which will be performed by an extraordinary cellist, soloist in the Granada
City Orchestra named Arnaud Pascal Dupont, and then the icing on the cake of the programme, the "Serenade for strings in C major",
of which the composer himself said: "The overture (1812) will be very noisy, but I wrote it without any warm feeling of love and
therefore, it will probably have no artistic merit. But the serenade, on the contrary, I wrote it out of inner compulsion.
This is a work of the heart, and so I dare to hope that this work will not lack artistic qualities."
